Want your profile to stand out and showcase your talents? You're in the right place! You can add your UGC (videos or images) to your profile. You add these by copying your content URL into the text-box. These videos or images will show up as tiles on your profile. The size of your photos and videos will change the layout of the portfolio. You can add up to 9 URLs of your original content.

Click on your ‘Account Page’ >> Dashboard >> Click on ‘Settings’ on the left-hand panel >> Edit Profile.

Yes, UGC Planet provides a review and rating system that allows businesses to provide feedback on their experience working with UGC creators. This system helps maintain transparency and accountability within the platform, allowing businesses to make informed decisions when selecting creators.

UGC Planet facilitates secure and hassle-free payments between businesses and UGC creators. When placing an order, you will be required to provide payment details, and the agreed-upon amount will be held in escrow until the project is successfully completed. Once the work is delivered and approved by being marked as ‘Complete’, the payment will be released to the creator.

UGC Planet currently accepts payments through major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and popular digital payment platforms such as PayPal. If your preferred payment method is not available, please let us know at [email protected], and we will make every effort to implement it. We are committed to continuously exploring additional payment options to enhance convenience for our users.

To ensure fair pay transparency and sustain the platform's operations, UGC Planet implements a commission fee on listings. This fee, capped at 20% per listing, helps cover payment processing expenses and ensures the continued functionality and growth of the platform.

At UGC Planet, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered content, we encourage you to communicate directly with the creator to discuss any required revisions or adjustments. Our platform also offers dispute resolution mechanisms to ensure fair resolutions in case of any disagreements.

UGC Planet operates with a refund policy that is designed to protect the interests of both businesses and UGC creators. Refunds may be considered in certain cases of non-delivery, unsatisfactory work, or other valid reasons. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to our Terms of Use or reach out to our customer support team.

Once a project has been marked as ‘Complete’ by the brand, your ‘Balance’ will show up on your Dashboard. You can then withdraw this and receive your payment in 3-5 working days.

Creators may incur bank, payment processing, and/or Stripe fees when withdrawing revenue from their UGC Planet account, and should contact their bank, PayPal, or Stripe directly for more information.
